Terms of Service

By creating an account, funding your wallet, placing a bet, or using any Flapjack service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all platform rules described herein.

If you do not agree, do not use Flapjack. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Flapjack.
• You must complete identity verification (NIN/KYC) before creating bets on the platform.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person may maintain only one Flapjack account unless we expressly authorize otherwise.
• Flapjack is currently in open beta. Features, fees, and rules may change as we refine the product before public launch.

Flapjack is a skill-based gaming platform where users wager coins on gameplay objectives against friends or other players. Results are determined by verified gameplay video submitted by participants and reviewed by Flapjack administrators before prizes are distributed.

Flapjack is available on the web (flapjack.top), iOS and Android mobile apps, and a Chrome extension for browser-based game recording. All platforms share the same wallet and account.

You agree not to:

Violations may result in bet disqualification, wallet holds, account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of coins or pending withdrawals.

By uploading gameplay recordings to Flapjack, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, review, and display the recording for bet verification, dispute resolution, and platform integrity purposes.

You retain ownership of your original content. You represent that your submissions do not infringe any third-party rights. Flapjack's brand, logo, software, and platform design remain our intellectual property.

If you disagree with a bet outcome, recording rejection, or wallet action, contact us at privacy@flapjack.top within 7 days of the decision, including your bet code and a description of the issue.

We will review disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Flapjack's decision after review is binding unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Flapjack is provided “as is” during the beta period. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific financial outcomes from bets.

• We are not responsible for third-party game availability, internet connectivity, or device failures during recording.
• To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Flapjack's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or lost gameplay opportunities.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or conduct harmful to the platform or other users. You may close your account by contacting us, subject to settlement of active bets and pending withdrawals.

Upon termination, unused coins may be forfeited if your account was terminated for cause. Data handling after account closure is described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes not resolved through our support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
